THE RADIANT CIRCUS VIEW: We didn’t it know well enough before we started RADIANT CIRCUS, but the imperilled Cinema Museum has become a regular feature in our listing for two main reasons. Kennington Bioscope’s programme of silent screenings is exemplary, projecting ample education and entertainment about cinema’s past with flair and expertise. Our second reason is the museum’s commitment to social values, hosting the VITO project – bringing generations of LGBT folk together – and numerous nights on significant social themes. Their fate will be known soon. A good outcome and a vibrant future is our biggest screen wish as we roll into 2018.
