We’ve been quiet for a while but it’s time to start projecting again. News about London’s alternative film scene is even more fragmented than usual right now as venues make their reopening plans, professional bodies shape guidance for covid-security and government policy continues to evolve…
This is our updated A to Z of ways you can support your favourite cinema or film venue. With many still hesitant about reopening for very understandable reasons, you can still support venues by taking out an annual membership, buying gift vouchers or shopping for some wonderful merchandise in their online stores. Thanks to bold distributors like Second Run, you can also stream and give at the same time. We’ve included information about cinemas who have received support through the BFI FAN / London Film Hub COVID-19 Resilience Fund.
