Video games are an evolving artform, not limited by budget but only imagination. For our first curated playlist event, we’ve chosen a selection of shorts, machinima animations, and experimental promos as well as a special screening of @kurt__walker‘s s01e03.
S01e03 is a virtual love story set in Vancouver, New York, and the dying world of a massively multiplayer online role playing game. A unique blend of machinima and real life acting, this ambient film considers our connection to one another illustrated by servers shutting down forever.
