After a forced hiatus (you know, ?…), The Duke Mitchell Film Club returns with their DukeFest, offering a program “stuffed to the gills with celluloid madness”. From a Cannes festival favourite to NY Public Access TV, the four-day bonanza “celebrates the madness of cinema in every possible format” across two London venues: The Prince Charles Cinema & King & Queen pub in Fitzrovia.

The Prince Charles plays host to the opening night screening of Jean-Christophe Meurisse’s BLOODY ORANGES, “the most transgressive, outrageous and in-your-face black comedy of the last few decades” (31 JUL 20:30), followed by Waris Hussein’s THE POSSESSION OF JOEL DELANEY which also serves as a book launch for author and filmmaker Sean Hogan’s latest work of metafiction, Twilight’s Last Screaming (03 AUG 20:20).
