REVIVE THE DARK: New sponsorship opportunities for DIY exhibitors in Greater London
RADIANT CIRCUS is very proud to be launching our first season of sponsorship packages for DIY film exhibitors in Greater London with the backing of our monthly subscribers at Patreon.

It’s (almost…) time to get back out there…
To help established DIY exhibitors return to the darkness after the pandemic, RADIANT CIRCUS is offering up to 10 sponsorship packages of £200 each to support the presentation of a feature-length film in any venue in Greater London before 31 March 2022. Your work will also get enhanced exposure at radiantcircus.com in the form of interviews, articles and all the love we can throw at your screen event.
Part of our Revive The Dark reopening campaign, the scheme is entirely backed by our monthly subscriber community at Patreon and uses funds we couldn’t spend due to the long months of shutdown. With their support, we are particularly interested in sponsoring adventurous film content that might not have a ready-made audience. That could be about showing films beyond your niche or taking risks with an unknown title.

Revive The Dark also reboots our longterm strategy to establish RADIANT CIRCUS as a sustainable blogging business with a mission to promote and preserve alternative screen culture in London. That means recruiting more monthly subscribers so we can create more unique content and support more indie cinema events. We have set ourselves an ambitious reopening target of reaching 200 subscribers by the end of 2021, with the intention of doubling that in future years. There’s a lot to do…
Subscriptions start from just £4 per calendar month and 40% of all fees now go directly to our Exhibitor Fund to create more opportunities like this one. You’ll also get London’s most comprehensive indie screen listings emailed every week when cinemas reopen (plus other great rewards): JOIN US!
Together, we can Revive The Dark.

*THE SMALL PRINT: Opinions author’s own. // As accurate as we could make it. Apologies for any errors. Updates & corrections will be made to the online version only. // Event dates/times/formats are subject to change by the venue/organiser. Events may already be sold out at the time of posting, so please click quickly. // We try to list as many original format screenings as we can (8 to 70MM), but sometimes formats change due to age of the print, availability, logistics etc, so please check ahead with your venue if the format is your thing. // All images are used in the spirit of fair use for reporting & review – no ownership is implied or intended / unless otherwise credited to RADIANT CIRCUS as the original rights holder. We will remove any images immediately upon request – just get in touch. // We don’t filter our listings by age/certification: all readers & subscribers should therefore be 18+. // Finally, we always try to follow The Carny Code by “not screwing up anyone else’s game”, but everyone can make mistakes… If something does go wrong, we will always do our best to put it right. //.
